Return & repair policy
At ChiqueWatch, all watches are custom-assembled to order. Because of this, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the rare case of damage or defects upon delivery.
If your watch arrives damaged or not working, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact us within 7 days
Send an email to chiquewatch@gmail.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review the case and let you know if the repair is approved.
2. Wait for confirmation
Do not send the watch back without our approval. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
3. Shipping the watch to us
You are responsible for the initial return shipping costs. Once we’ve received and inspected the watch, we’ll reimburse your shipping costs (standard rate only).
4. Repair & return
After inspection and repair, your watch will be shipped back to you free of charge.
